CAMPING DU MOULIN
Charming campsite in Vianden
ABOUT DU MOULIN
Welcome to Camping Du Moulin
Easter is just around the corner, but unfortunately travel restrictions are still in place in several countries. Nevertheless, we will open on April 1st, and will be happy to welcome anyone who wants to come.
Compared to other countries, in Luxembourg there are fewer restrictions in daily life. The shops are open and from 7 April onwards, it will also be possible to eat on terraces until 18:00 (with registration).
At the moment, of course, various measures apply, including a curfew between 23:00 and 06:00, mouth guards are compulsory inside (outside where 2 metres cannot be kept), it is not allowed to eat or drink in shopping centres and it is not allowed to consume alcohol in public (although it is allowed on your own pitch!).
The Dutch government warns against unnecessary travel until 15 May, the Belgian government provisionally prohibits travel until 18 April, Germany's "Reisewarnungen" do not work in our favour either, even though we know that nature is corona-proof.
From April 1st it will be possible to camp with us, using the sanitary facilities, but without further services (restaurant / bread roll service).
NOTE: Transit through Belgium is always possible with a booking confirmation, just like last year shortly after the first lockdown.
Charming campsite located at the entrance of Vianden directly at the l'Our

The castle of Vianden was built from the 11th to the 14th century on the foundations of a Roman castle and a Carolingian refugium. Since 1417 this building belongs to the house of Oranje-Nassau. After the renovation works of 1977, this fully furnished palace is considered to be one of the largest and most beautiful lordships of the Romanesque and Gothic period in Europe.
