CAMPING DU MOULIN
Charming campsite in Vianden
ABOUT DU MOULIN
There has been a lot of talk about Luxembourg in the last few days, in particular that the Belgian government has decided to assign a code orange to Luxembourg (travel advice with increased vigilance).
We would like to explain the situation here in Luxembourg :
Currently, in Luxembourg, the entire population and border workers are tested on Corona (more than 10,000 persons per day, large scale testing), and therefore more positive cases emerge, which might otherwise go unnoticed. In this way it is possible to see exactly where any spread has taken place and to intervene in a targeted way. It is therefore a responsible way of dealing with the pandemic, but it gives a distorted picture compared to other countries, because the numbers of infections are measured in relation to the number of inhabitants of Luxembourg (i.e. without counting border workers from neighbouring countries, who make up as much as 20% of the infected persons).
We don't think that this will affect your holiday as long as everyone abides by the distance rules, and we'd like to see you come to Camping du Moulin for your well-deserved holiday.
